An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.
Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online payments are handled through authorised payment providers and remain subject to their verification and service availability. Cash on Delivery may be limited by PIN code, order value or account history. You must not use another person’s payment method without permission.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions or incorrect customer information. Cancellations, returns and refunds
